bigswing Hi there. You recently purchased a bundle from me. Is the one that included the orange-ish and white striped tunic. I have searched high and low for the multi colored tunic and it is no where to be found. I’m so sorry. Very strange. To avoid a cancellation, I’d like to invite you to choose another item from my closet. Anything $15 or under and I’ll include it for the same price as long as it’s not too large. justjenna83 Hi hon. I see you updated my rating. The bottom of the shoes say 39 which I pictured in the listing and also mentioned. They do not say 8.5 on the bottom. I’m sorry if they fit you snug but please don’t write false things in a review. 🙁 I wrote nothing false on my listing and the shoes were clearly pictured as size 39 on the bottom.

justjenna83 I practically gave the shoes away as they are limited edition marc Jacobs worth much more. I also wrote in the listing that they are marked 39 and please know your size in European sizing. All designer shoes fit a bit small. Disappointing to see buyers falsify ratings because they’re unhappy with the sizing. However the shoes are NOT marked 8.5. I don’t appreciate dishonesty.

katrinaez @justjenna83 - 39 is 8.5, not 9. I'm sorry, but I had to update the rating because they are not size 9. The bottom on 1 shoe looks like it says 39, the other shoe looks like 8.5 is in it. The international shoe size chart show that 39 in Europe or UK sizing is an 8.5. 40 is for a size 9. I can adjust the rating to a 4 star because you were very nice, but the sizing is incorrect. Now I'll have to literally give these away too.

justjenna83 @katrinaez I’m sorry you were confused regarding this listing. Unfortnately when you type in 39 on Poshmark it lists as a size 9. That’s why I always show a picture of the sole and write in the listing that it is marked size 39,etc. there’s no way for me as a seller to input size 8.5 in the listing without falsifying what’s written on the sole which would be dishonest and could result in a return. I hope you understand.

justjenna83 When you try listing them you’ll see it posts as a size 9! There’s no way to edit this. I’ve been on Poshmark for years and size 40 always posts as a size 10. That’s why I always show the sole and write in the listing what it’s marked as on the sole.

katrinaez @justjenna83 - I do understand. I know that different countries use different sizing as well. I thought that maybe 39 was a 9 in another country outside of the standard UK/Euro system since I had thought that you would have regularly worn a size 9. I know that China/Japan/Germany/Italy/France all have a different sizing ranging between 26 to 43 for a size 9, and some of them have sizing like 39.5/40.5. I know the standard UK sizing and occasionally a 39 has fit me, but this one is just so tiny.

Maybe Poshmark should update their listing protocols so everyone can be more clear on what they’re purchasing. Unfortunately for now this is how it makes you list!

The offer was 3 items for $5 from my closet, but you needed to add 3 items with that marking for the deal. otherwise it was priced as marked. I apologize for the confusion. you can contact poshmark support and they might be able to help with a return and/or refund.
