Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review the Harry Potter DVD set. I am okay with the 4 but have no idea what improvement is needed. @poorpelican some pages in the picture book were ripped out and placed inside. It was disappointing to find but that is all.

My apologies! I totally missed this. I have some other items from the same seller and will definitely check them over with more care. The book looked great but I didn't open it at all. :( Lesson learned. I would have understood if you had requested a return.
