Hello, I’m sorry you haven’t received the key chain! I have contacted Poshmark with this issue. @kitkat130 sorry it does not say on the tracking info who signed for it. I emailed Poshmark twice and have not received a response. However, if you go to FAQs and customer support I believe you can file something about a lost package. I will continue to try and get ahold of Poshmark. So sorry about all this!
