bey562 @kbrodwater72 hi Katy, I'm sorry to hear about the jacket becoming damaged after the cleaning as you can understand that's completely out of my hands. I bought this at Nordstrom and wore it one time had absolutely no wear signs when I sold it.

bey562 not sure what the care instructions indicated but again nothing I could have foreseen from happening. I take pride in my excellent ratings and would never sell items that aren't wearable, I would have really appreciated you contacting me instead of rating me poorly. Ty

kbrodwater72 @bey562 I did want to reach out to you but I am brand new to Poshmark and was unable to find any information on reaching out to the seller on the FAQ or on your home page. You can understand my disappointment that I bought this jacket and am unable to wear it even once. The care instructions indicated to just wipe the jacket clean with soap and a damp cloth so it is a very mild cleaning process yet the fabric just started coming off in large pieces all along the neckline.

kbrodwater72 @bey562 Ideally I would be able to get my money back since I will have to throw out the jacket, but it doesn't seem like that is a viable option.
