Hi and thank you for leaving a review. I tried to accurately describe the condition of the used costume you purchased however I noticed you were very unhappy with the cleanliness of the item. I know that I washed it prior to posting and shipping, but since it truly did not meet your expectations I would love to go through a return and refund process.

@poshadorable thank you for the response! I will keep it as we need it for a dress up party. Do you have any suggestions on how to clean it or would it be dry clean only?

@khawk21 it has been cleaned prior to shipping as that would have be disgusting to ship an unwashed garment (which I hope no one now thinks I do) but if you would like to give it another wash I can explain how we clean delicate items. The way we wash our costumes is by putting in a garment bag and put on a delicate cycle. Afterwards, they are to hung dry.
