katykuhr @chachicar hey there! So I’ve been checking my shop app and it saying it’s back at my post office in fair haven? So it looks like the person who sent it back sent it back this way or maybe the post office could have messed up. Regardless I’ll go in on Monday and figure out what’s going on. I’m so sorry you had to deal with this, Ive never shipped a wrong package before :( The other buyer did receive her jeans so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ll figure it out for ya no problem.

katykuhr @chachicar hey there. You’re so correct it is ridiculous. My apologies in the first place sending it to the wrong address. I’ve checked the location and it’s given me 2 places it could be. I’ve also been out of state the past few weeks and that doesn’t help. If I can’t figure out how to get the shoes to you in the next day or so I will absolutely make sure you are refunded.
