Hi Katy— I am so very sorry about the broken mug you received. I thought I did a good job of packaging them to avoid damage, but it looks like I will need to improve my methods. 🤦🏼♀️ I am so grateful that PM agreed to issue you a full refund, but I still feel truly awful that something you really wanted was damaged. @thelemonfox it’s ok that happens sometimes! It looked like they were wrapped the best you could. I’m glad they handled it that way also. I ended up breaking the rest of the handle off and sanding it down so it’s still usable. I still love them!
