Regarding the Tsubo shoes, they are a size 9, regular width and back strap is not really stretchy

This is my first time considering to buy shoes from resales sites like poshmark type, and first type I am dealing with Tsubo footwear brand, so I am not sure if their shoes tend to run true to size/smaller/larger...while poshmark type of resale places do not accept returns on the reason of "did not fit". I am interested in these shoes. But not sure about the right fit sizing prior to ordering them. Could you please give the full length measurements?
