katyeb23 Yes they have. Sorry it took so long, we have had some stuff going on and I wasn't able to check the mail like I wanted. These are size 13/1 we ordered a 10 toddle boy. And because I didn't do this in 72 hours after the order we can't do anything about the mistake.
