montreal_posh Hi. I packaged the item as best as I could and followed what the company did when I received the package. I do apologize that one of the items was not intact, but the item was exactly as described. I do not think I advertised the product improperly.

kawnaynsyed @verocohen yeah no you explained it well I have no issue with that, just upset about how it got handled during shipping. Regardless I appreciate the product as it was only one shadow that exploded and not all, I can still make use of the pallet :)

llposh85 Hi. I just noticed your rating and apologize for the item cleanliness. I recieved it as a gift from my supplier and did not open the package to look at the bottle as it was never used. In regards to the labelling im not sure what is missing but the only explanation I have is that they may have removed the label to avoid fraudulent returns. I hope you were able to still enjoy the products and will make a better effort in the future.
