dreaf Hey. Thx for your purchase. The neck BEBE dress needs to be dry cleaned. I noticed there’s few makeup spots on the dress. I’m willing to give you the dress for free and you can just buy the cream colored dress. It’s not worth me drying cleaning it and then selling it for what it’s selling for. Let me know your thoughts. At first I couldn’t open it but once you learn how to open and close it it’s easy and no one can get it in your purse it is absolutely gorgeous
