darbyville @japaintin Good morning !! 🌞Thank you for all your kind words! The blue, black and white dress measures 36 in when on dress form and more like 37 in when flat. There is an elastic waistband that allows for a little bit of " blousing" of the top. Yes, there are pockets and they show up on the from of the dress in the picture. The blue and white flowered dress measures 39 in when flat. 🌸

japaintin what is the 18-in measurement for on one of your dresses it looks like it's black and white mostly White maybe some yellow with it too. I'm just curious if that's a waist measurements or not
