Hello, I saw your comment on another Posher's listing for a painted Louis Vuitton Alma bag. I can tell you from experience that the paint does chip off. Also sellers don't like to mention this but once an LV bag is customized, it is no longer considered authentic and Louis Vuitton will turn the bag away if it ever needs to be repaired. Sellers use the paint to cover up leather damage like dryness, water spots and darkening. It's probably best to stay away from those bags.
