npettyjohn I don't know how else to reach out but I did contact poshmark about refunding your money after reading your disappointment on your item. I have had the item in storage for well a very long time and evidently crystals came off during storage or transport. I would never take a photo to try deceive someone and I assure you when I listed that item they were there at that time. I apologize and hopefully they will get back with us soon.
