Hey...I went 2 mail.ur shoes today and all of a sudden they're trying 2 charge me more $$ to use flat rate boxes...that's what I've been us ik ng...anyway, I'll get them out tomorrow...sorry for the delay😊

Hi , I mailed these shoes over a week ago but still not showing that they have ever been scanned. I emailed poshmark a couple times about it. I just wanted to check with you to see if you ever received them. Poshmark just sent a message saying they will contact me but have not. Please let me know if you did or did not receive them. I sent them out with a lot of other items to other people that already received their items. Thank you !

@kristinham this is so crazy. I am not sure what I need to do. I have never had this happen before. I know it was suppose to have insurance but if there was never a scan not sure how they handle it.

@kristinham I have shipped so many pkg since then also with no issues. Poshmark should not charge you either. I am so sorry this is happening. I will check with my local post office to see if maybe it fell behind something . My husband went to ask yesterday but was not able to because only 1 person qorking with long line

@kristinham I thought it said poshmark was going to try to track it and contact me but I have not heard anything from them. I have sent a cpl emails. I k ow at Christmas I had one pkg that took several days to start tracking but not over a week.

I noticed that you cancelled the order and I understand that. It appears that I made the mistake and put the wrong label on it as my printer printed out two with same address on it and I did not catch it. I received a email from poshmark that they are sending a new label to the person that received them to forward them on to you .
