georgia1433 @melovesluxury hello, my bank sent me a notification that they declined the withdrawal because they saw it was not a legitimate site?! I contacted my bank and said that yes it is legitimate from Poshmark and so please try again! I can appreciate they’re trying to protect me but they have no right to deny from a reputable site so please try again and let me know if there’s any issue. Thank you so much!

theclassicposh @georgia1433 yes what I mean is Poshmark is the one that handles payments. I can only accept or deny offers from my end. So you would have to reach out to Poshmark to confirm the payment and not to me. Thank you . Lmk if you have any other question.

theclassicposh @georgia1433 I would suggest messaging Poshmark. As I said they are the one that handles the payment. We don’t receive any money at all as a seller until the package is delivered to the client.

georgia1433 @melovesluxury Hi I promise I’m not being difficult but I am the one out of money it’s already taken from my bank account so you deal with Poshmark as I don’t ever deal with them and you seem to have an account with them and I’m supposed to receive this item on Monday and if I don’t I will return it and I’m not trying to be a jerk but I’m about to go to Italy for a wedding and I want this item for the wedding I hope you understand

theclassicposh @georgia1433 you would have to call Poshmark then to cancel . Monday would not be possible since if it does clear from your end it would have to be sent to them to be authenticated as it is $500 above value and they take 3-4 days for authentication minimum. But please email Poshmark as I cannot help with payment issues. We do not get any payment until item shows delivered to client . They handle all payments and not us sellers. I hope you understand that. Poshmark will be the one to help you.

theclassicposh @georgia1433 again payment doesn’t hit our account until item is signed for and delivered to the client. At the same time I cannot send an item until it shows sold from my end. If you look at the item it still doesn’t show sold so Poshmark has not given me any go signal or any information to ship.
