heathermerch1 I tried but they have an old email address I cannot get into to get the verification code and customer service will not contact me back tonight, I was also wondering how much more it would be to add the matching scarf if available

I can wait until tomorrow to see if Customer service reaches back out to you in regards to your address change and account. kayvergara @chanelnight52 Hello Chanel! ... I’ve been closely monitoring this delivery myself and does seems to be bouncing back and forth. This item should have been delivered already. I hope it doesn’t get lost! And you’re right - this is very odd! ... when I checked last week the tracking stated it should be delivered Friday November 29th. Now it’s saying item arrived at Atlanta Distribution Center. This item should not be located in Atlanta.

plussizestore @kayvergara one reason it wasn't delivered when it was supposed be was because of the weather we had here, roads have been drifted shut since sunday night & they were finally opened yesterday afternoon..that might explain why it's just floating around the system lol..i haven't been able to send anything out either because of weather ☹️☹️ so i am sure today i am able to send & i hope they have my packages..sunshine today & most of the snow blew away..

kayvergara @chanelnight52 oh no! I just checked USPS and it states the following “December 4, 2019 In Transit to Next Facility Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility
