kaya789 @sunflowergirl53 when my item arrived to a customer she informed me one of the items in it was used and had eyeshadow on it ( i shouldve checked it before i sent it I admit i was wrong but i told her i was sorry and she was just very rude to me (can you go through the pictures with tracking info to see what was said) and give me feedback on what i can do better next time
