If it was as you offered ie. $7 + shipping $0.99, I donot have any problem to buy but now its much more. Please consider and understand and cancel and refund.

Hi there, I'm still pretty newish to poshmark and I saw you made me an offer on some of my likes. I countered and you declined without countering back which I was hoping you would. I was also hoping you might offer discounted shipping but didn't. So if I'm interested in purchasing something does this mean I need to start over by making a new offer? However, $45 is the lowest I can go on those 4 items since the majority is NWT with the exception of the Gymboree dress and Posh keeps 20% of my earnings. Hi - so I edited my bundle. I did end up removing the sunflower grass, as well as the plaid dress but only because my daughter, who is three, claims not to like it. I don't know whether I should listen to her or not?! But since she's the one who would be wearing it, I took it out. I added two additional things that would end up being for much later, Which is really a risk as who knows what she will like years from now. But they seem cute in the pics so I hope this is the right call.

You sent me a Penelope Mack dress that does not look like the dress I purchased. What happened? I think I am supposed to reach out to Poshmark to indicate a problem but wanted to ask you first. @hrh28 omg I’m so sorry! I had multiple orders that day & must’ve put the Penelope Mack dress instead of the Hanna! I must’ve accidentally sent the other person the Hanna dress. Let me reach out to that person & I’ll contact poshmark & take care of it asap! This has never happened to me before 😭 I’ll fix it & make it right.

I e-mailed them on May 10 and told them that this was not a case of shipping to the wrong person but that you had simply sent the wrong dress to me and were rectifying it. No one from customer support has ever responded.
