velvetmushroom @1994fergie Hi Kayla! I’m wondering if you’ve received the wreath yet? I noticed it hasn’t been tracking which is strange since it was dropped off at the post office Saturday the 5th. I’ve contacted poshmark and they said to wait until Tuesday to see if it turns up but USPS has been seeing some extreme delays currently.

1994fergie @lilysikarskie I haven’t I was actually gonna message you and see if you have heard anything I know they are extremely busy with the holidays and the pandemic so keep me updated if you hear anything I’ll do the same but yes extremely weird that it hasn’t even shown any progress of moving

velvetmushroom @1994fergie 9405511202061499778499, I reached out to Poshmark last Tuesday to let them know it wasn’t tracking but was shipped. They told me that the post office was backed up and wait until Tuesday the 15th, then contact them again. I have not emailed poshmark back because they told me not to until the 15th. But I’ll go ahead and email them now. Hopefully we can get this resolved.

1994fergie @lilysikarskie sounds great when you dropped it off did you get a tracking number ? Super weird and I didn’t want to cancel I want the item plus if you shipped it and it canceled who would know if you would even get your item back but if it takes longer that’s fine I just want to know that it is en route to me 😀

velvetmushroom @1994fergie I had about 15 orders the day I dropped off the wreath that I put on the counter of the post office, sadly no receipt. Almost all of them made it to their buyers, but your wreath along with two other orders are stuck in transit. The other two orders got an “accepted at the tallahassee post office” scan and then nothing after that since the 5th, but yours never even got a scan.

velvetmushroom @1994fergie I’ve contacted poshmark again and I am waiting on a response. I’m so sorry about all this, I know since it’s a seasonal item it’s especially frustrating. I hope it shows up soon!

1994fergie @lilysikarskie hey Lily so I checked the tracking information you gave and it looks like the package is in Indiana so I guess it has been shipped they just haven’t either been scanning I honestly don’t know how that works I have never had a package not show tracking but just wanted to let you know I will let you know when I receive. So sorry about all of this 😀
