kaylabmichalek @laugaona21 “don’t appreciate “, be careful the words you use on a public forum & please understand I am not going to give a “good” rating for an item I haven’t received (which has nothing to do with you at all and everything to do with the mail) The App kept prompting me to rate you before I could move past that screen, so I did. I’ve already contacted the mailing service so as soon as I track down the item I can change your rating. Advice- instead of reaching out negatively, ask what happened.

(At all) I prefer a no rating at all then a false rating. loved4eternity @kaylabmichalek Oh, and I almost forgot to add: 100% wool wide brim hats like that tend to slightly bend no matter how well you back them (I had to reshape them when they got to me from Anthropologie). I packaged it EXTREMELY well haha but just in case I wanted to let you know a secret to reshaping any hats like that: use a big pot of boiling water and steam the hat just enough to be able to reshape it (not too wet or too hot). It should be just fine though! 😊💕
