melis_nic This is Melissa. When I went to grab the pouch , the whole one side got sliced somehow so I wasn't going to send a ripped pouch so I sent the Box . I'm sorry that you were disappointed about the pouch. But that was something I could not do anything about. Again I apologize. Enjoy the necklace :-)
