ronda9756 🌺hello sweetheart there has been a mix up with the labels!!!! I think you received coach purse instead of your vera Bradley backpack!! The other posher has your backpack and you have her purse!!! I will contact posh to see how we can rectify this!!! Sorry for the mix up and inconvenience 🌺

ronda9756 @kshelton96 🌺 OK please let me know when you have received it ...the tracking is showing that they tried to deliver it yesterday but they couldn't find a secure place so it's probably at the post office🌺 another posture receive your book bag so I'm assuming you have her purse there was a mix up with labels so once you receive it we need for you to file a claim so that Poshmark can send you the proper label to send the other item to the other posher🌺sorry for the mix up

Is it possible for you to go ahead & open up a case? 🌺we know for sure your item is with another posher so what I'm trying to get Poshmark to send you her label so you can send each other items to each other to save time & so that you can get your item quickly we have both filed our claims already & waiting for you to do the same pls look on my page it's a white coach purse with flowers on it & read the comments that is the posher that has your backpack
