cutiebabe36 Hey..not so sure what to do. I recieved a package I believe from you today and it says I owe for postage and am supposed to go to the post office to pick it up. Anyway you can send me that label to print off and i can show them? Never had this happen b4.

kayjay55 @cutiebabe36 that is odd! I've never had that happen before either! I will gladly send you the label that you can take in but I have no idea why they would be trying to charge You! I'll email poshmark and see what they say to do- if for some reason it does cost you extra money I believe they take it out of my account! Let me know if you go and try to pick it up and what they say. I'll let you know when I hear back from poshmark! Sorry about this!

kayjay55 @cutiebabe36 I have emailed poshmark if you find out how much the extra postage is (not sure why they need more) then you should be able to tell poshmark and they can take it out of my account! I'll keep you posted!

kayjay55 Ok I look at the faq on the website and it says of the extra postage is 10 dollar or less then they will refund it if you email them. It says if it's over 10 dollars to refuse the package and it will be mailed back to me and then they will give me a new shipping label to mail it back to you if you so choose! Sorry for this being such a mess!!

cutiebabe36 Well..the problem was that there wasn't enough postage. The two-day cost for that box was 18.95 because it was an APO flat rate box for the military..and they paid 10.95. So I paid the difference of $7.90. I can email Poshmark as well. I guess just double check the box next time. I sell stuff on here too so that is a good reminder to me.

cutiebabe36 @kayjay55 wherever you took the box to mail it they should have said something about it. Cause obviously my address is not an APO address..they should have just let it slide as a mistake. But I guess they can't do that.
