nicholeoliver @istherewine I just read your review. If I recall the red security tag states to remove at home....once removed it cannot be returned to store. It can be cut off. Please check again and respond back. As this is my first time using this site, I would have appreciated this feedback be sent to me directly instead of seeing it reflected in a 1 star rating.
