@kenneth_rodgers Hi, the labels don’t expire..you have up to 10 days to ship. You just have to print the label from your email. The label is for USPS not UPS. Plus I’ve already been charged for the shoes and paid for the shipping label.

@kenneth_rodgers I just double checked…it still says “order placed” which means the order has not been cancelled. You can click on the order and request a new shipping label. There is a button that says “need new shipping label” just click that and they will send a new one to your email.
