kaynuge @ccxiii I understand you’re upset but one, I did not shrink the dress, I had it professionally dry cleaned. Two, poshmark has all control, not me and I did respond and try to assist. You should reach out to poshmark assistance via telephone and see what they can do. I don’t have any control over poshmark decisions. I’m not sure why you think I have any way of doing anything. I’m simply a person who buys and sells on poshmark.
