pattyekg @kaypallm Hello. There wasn't any strap missing in the picture. Behind 2 of the straps on the purse are little silver hooks were a shoulder strap could be hooked. You probably don't have it. I was just wondering and that's okay because I love the purse anyway. Thank you for replying. 🥰
