Hey I'm Kayla! I'm 26 and Poshmark is a super fun hobby for me! I really enjoy buying and selling clothes on here. 😊 I really like to keep my closet affordable and give good deals! calithreadco I am extremely perplexed at your accusation of me selling you a fake makeup palette. Check the back of the palette and you can see it isn’t fake compared to your palette and from the condition and price as I told you multiple times yet you still accepted it and told me to send even tho I said no problem if you didn’t want to accept.

calithreadco Also have you considered the palette came out years ago and color on front may have faded. I have contacted customer support to resolve this issue as being told I sold fake product really isn’t okay and hurtful to my business.

kaypops331 @zilli001 I'm not complaining about the rough edges on the inside of the palette at all. You already brought that up to me and I told you that's totally fine...and it is fine. I was just surprised when I opened it and the coloring on the outside is completely green. I own an original Vice 4 palette that I bought from Sephora when it was released and the coloring has pink and blue and purple on it.

kaypops331 @zilli001 Also a couple of the shadow shades are switched around from where they should be. If you look at the stock photo you posted you can see the differences. I did some research and apparently there are some fakes floating around out there. I'm not mad.

I also gave you a good rating and said you packaged it well for mailing. If anything I thought you'd say sorry you didn't know and I'd just tell you it's ok it happens. I didn't have to accept the order. You got paid and I was just trying to make you aware...I was just surprised. ...jeez

calithreadco @kaypops331 it is not fake I bought it at Nordstrom. I am upset to be told it’s fake when it isn’t. I am looking for my receipt and sending it to Poshmark as we speak. I’m sorry you’re unhappy and believe it is a fake but it really isn’t. I hope you have a great night. I’m sorry the palette didn’t meet your standards. It sat in a drawer for a few years outside colors fade and the photos show the actual color i don’t get how you didn’t see that before purchase?

I think you're over reacting a little.....you never said in your listing you bought it from Nordstom and I did research and just got worried when I saw the coloring and the shadows were not matching up where they should be. Wouldn't anybody? Attacking one of your customers is not good business either. Sorry for being a customer I guess?

calithreadco I think I’ve been very polite but when someone tells me I sold them a fake product it is m very insulting and hurtful to my business and insults my integrity. I bought it at Nordstrom therefore I know it is not fake that is why I am defending it. Can you understand where I am coming from?

I try to be kind and nice to everyone. The palette just looked a bit different that's all I was saying. I literally am crying my eyes out right now over this.
