kgomez325 @daniellle11 no ma’am. The last thing I see on the tracking shows 11-9. Postal system must not like me because I’m also waiting on a refund check that was mailed out on 11/5 and haven’t received that either! 😩

daniellle11 @kgomez325 they just sent me an email saying they lost it in the shipment carrier. They should’ve refunded you I’m so sorry for this I’m not sure how they lost it ...

kgomez325 Thank you. If I were you, I'd file an online claim with USPS, Most packages come with $100 insurance. I know we got refunded, but for the inconvenience and frustration. I mean it WAS the fault of USPS.
