nancytaylor43 @kayla0381 Hello. I recently purchased an Apple Watch from you. It has been really frustrating trying to get the watch set up and to work. I noticed that you said it would be reset upon purchase. One of the messages I am receiving is that it has been registered in someone else’s name, and that it will have to be taken out of that name. I do hope you can help me because I did not anticipate this problem. Thank you for your help.

kayla0381 @nancytaylor43 Hi Nancy! I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this issue. I reset the watch before shipping it so i’m not sure why it still says it’s registered in someone else’s name. I can contact apple and see if they can do anything if that would help in any way if you’d like

kayla0381 @nancytaylor43 So i’m working on erasing the Apple Watch for you through my iCloud. I put in an erase request. As of now, it’s telling me that the watch needs to be connected to the internet in order to complete the erase request. Is it possible to connect it to the internet?
