kaylaayy @ginamalvonelomb I have never had an issue with an item before, so I do not know how this will work, more so with a bundle of multiple items. The only thing I could imagine at this point that can be done is when you receive the item and still decide you do not want it, then you will have put in a claim to Poshmark. I'm sorry again, but it is out of my control at this point.
