lbeullah Good morning. I apologize for any inconvenience, but the shoes were not scuffed nor lacking color when they were shipped. The shoes were brand new, never worn, and with the tag attached. I am very careful with my items and thoughtful in my descriptions. It is possible they were scuffed being transported from NC to MT. Have a good day!

sartorato7 @lbeullah bummer. Maybe you could package shoes better next time. It is noticeable since they are a vibrant red color. They only had tissue paper around them- scuffed on both sides. A lesson to learn perhaps

ourhangups because the status says delivered it is not letting me look at tracking to try to help with this everything else I shipped that day got delivered so I am contacting Post Office for help

ourhangups I was just told by USPS that package was forwarded on the 28th at 12:58 pm from Lakeside, MT. What is your correct address. I will work diligently to resolve this. It would be appreciated if you could take away the one rating. I have done and will continue to do everything to resolve this and you can see from my ratings that I am a reputable seller.
