classybailey I don’t understand what you are saying is broken. What’s a times? I double wrapped the item before I put it in a thick bubble wrap mailing envelope. And it comes wrapped on the inside of the box as well. I apologize if you feel like your item was damaged in anyway. Enjoy your day.
