sommerville4 I see that you’ve rated me with a one star and said your Ralph Lauren shirt hasn’t arrived. But on my Poshmark it says it’s delivered. Please reconsider my rating as it had nothing to do with me. Shipping was delayed due to COVID and holidays and notices were sent

kmkeppy @sommerville4 it wouldnt let me mark as undelivered so I wasn’t sure how else to let someone know it hadn’t been delivered-Is there a way you can track it by chance? I’m not on here often and have no problem changing the rating at all, I just didn’t know how to let the seller know it hadn’t been delivered, I would want to know if I sold something and it didn’t make it is all! Thank you for understanding!!

sommerville4 @kmkeppy when you click on your purchases it will show whether it’s been delivered or not. At the bottom it will say Problems/Order Inquiry. That’s where you can submit a concern, question or look into the problem. But due to holidays and COVID all of the shipments have been a week or two delayed. And there’s a notice at the top of the page when ordering or mailing items saying that shipping is delayed.

sommerville4 It says it’s been delivered on my end. So you’ll have to click on problems and order inquiry at bottom of the page where you gave the rating

sommerville4 You only give a rating and mark it as you’ve received the item IF you’ve actually received the item. If not, then Poshmark doesn’t track it anymore and it looks like a completed transaction

sommerville4 Once you’re on problems/inquiry, you can hit Contact Poshmark and start a claim, ask them to find it, etc
