lisa_watters I purchased 2 pair of jeans from another posher on Sunday. She said she would ship them on Mon. Shipping was supposed to ne 4.99. I messaged her right after the purchase to ask about shipping and no reply. I have messaged her SEVERAL times and still no reply and she hasnt shipped them either. So what now?

kayleigh_anne88 @lisa_watters So what typically happens is the sender has three days before Poshmark notifies them to ship the product. If the seller fails to send the items, Poshmark will release your money back to you. Then the sale should be voided.

lisa_watters @kayleigh_anne88 ok so I was probably already charged for it then? Also Poshmark sent me a email today saying they were going to send her a reminder to ship them. I am at the point I dont want them now. And is there a way I can rate her as a seller? Thank you for helping me too!

kayleigh_anne88 @lisa_watters As far as I know, you should be charged at the purchase but I am not 100% sure. I’m not sure if you can cancel the order now, but If they don’t ship it in the next few days the purchase will be canceled. As for rating the seller, I’m not sure if you can rate them without a complete purchase, but you may be able to report them to Poshmark.
