myrriahjoy Hi. I’m gonna take what USPS brought me yesterday to the PO. There’s a red stamp on the shipping label that said the item was received damaged. I’m gonna ask them to explain it all. I looked through some Posh rules and I’m not sure posh allows for the sale of appliances which means both you and I may be out the money and/or keurig.

myrriahjoy Its unfair as they did allow that purchase to happen. Anyhow, I’ll let you know what I learn and I’m sorry that USPS ruined the keurig and that I doubted how well it was wrapped. I’m gonna comment that on the case, too. I’ll let you know what I learn.

kaylietaylor96 @myrriahjoy ok.I had the keurig standing upright with tons of packing material around it. I put it on thecounter at the post office so that means that theydamaged it somehow. Which is ridiculous for them to say they got it damaged which is not true. Plus they not only damaged it, they took pieces off of it when all of them were there to start with. I’m so sorry this has happened, but I saw that other people have sold keurigs on here as well so I didn’t think it would be a issue.

myrriahjoy @kaylietaylor96 Same here. I assumed that it was okay too. If they don’t want them sold, I would think they’d have the technology to take down listings and cancel sales. They do this kind of stuff to make their money and when it goes badly they can claim the app doesn’t support sales of those items. We just have to wait and see. It can take several days for them to review their cases. I’ll update the claim with what I learn at the PO today.
