sissynmicki Hi !!! I just saw your comment ! I am so sorry but the snap works ... its a different kind of snap tho. You have to slide it in .... please try it. It works , its just not a normal snap. I should have enclosed a note regarding it but honestly didnt think it thru. I am happy to return them for you as i do not sell anything damaged , so please let me know. I will gladly give u a full refund.
