loveluxeleah Hello Keasha. I dropped off your package (the Kate Spade iPhone 11 Pro Case) in the mailbox at the Post Office on Monday. I’ve been tracking it since. I figured there was a delay because it was a holiday on Monday. However, it has now been 3 days and it doesn’t even seem like it has left the Post Office. I will be contacting them today to see if they can investigate to see what’s going on. I will keep you posted. Thank you for your patience!

loveluxeleah @keashaorange So, I went to the Post Office today. They said that because I dropped it off at one of their mailboxes, the package doesn’t have an initial scan. It ends up getting sorted by zip code and sits there until USPS workers are able to get to it. Unfortunately, due to COVID, there has been a shortage of workers and packages are getting delayed.
