@acolem11 okay it’s usually pretty quick. It’s instant if you open a case with posh I should get notification within mins of you opening case. Weird that nothing has come up. Sorry again. Hopefully it goes in tomorrow.

@acolem11 I received an email today that you contacted posh, and said you didn’t receive package. You did receive it just not the right item. So I order for you to get a refund and a label to send item back Please go in and open a case so that you can get label to return package and get your money back. Thank you

@roseonracks yes thank you. I initially put in the received the item that was not the description and you said you never received the request. Therefore I went in the system and selected from the drop down that I didn’t receive the order purchased which was true. I added I received something different and what was purchased and tried to send a photo of the item. So once I receive the return label I will send it back to you ASAP.

@acolem11 Aloha Keco, I just received your rating. I kind of knew you’d be a tough customer from the comments. Dinging me for stars for shipping time, is unfair. I shipped the very next day after you purchased. You received the package within 4 days from Hawaii. Dinging me for packaging when the item was prettily wrapped and double bubble wrapped, included a thank you card a couple of gifts but the packaging didn’t meet your standards?

@acolem11 Item cleanliness when the item was brand new? Item description got a ding too? What more information did you need? Measurements, color and card holder was in the description. You’re a seller as well but I don’t think you understand how ratings affect a seller’s status on Posh. Please tell me how I could’ve improved your experience with your transaction. If you’re going to ding sellers of stars, you should at least have the courtesy to tell them. Thanks so much.
