@keeley21k hi! I'm so sorry the t shirt wasn't perfect- I always wash before I send so I think that is what happened! I looked it up and to make a teeshirt soft again you can mix 1 quart detergent and 1/2 cup salt. Leave the shirt for two days in the mixture then wash again with a little detergent and it should be much softer! If you choose to buy anything else I promise not to over-wash and will give a 20% discount- hope it works out and I'm sorry you weren't 100% satisfied.
