keelycollar @jessica09150399 @ jessica09150399 I have been at work all day and am just getting to this issue. I have contacted USPS who claims the carrier was able to deliver this package to a recipient at your address on Jan. 12 at 2:51pm. I am unsure as to why you would claim this item as undelivered four days later? I personally packaged both of the items you bought and weighed them before taking them to a USPS facility Jan. 10 in the morning. I am in contact with Posh about the matter.
