padill1221 @hammonsjessica1 I wish I could be happy and say I love my key tracking device but I wouldn’t know how it works. Why?! Because you sent me a pair of glasses! I’m requesting a refund as I’ll purchase at my Home Depot. I’ve never had a bad experience with Poshmark, nor am I the type to leave a negative message. I’m actually being very respectful despite what I said when I looked into my package. Take care!

hammonsjessica1 u got sum1 elses package sorry i was mailing different things that day and thats not ur problem at all, id b more then happy to refund u cuz u had a bad time on here this is the 1st time this has happened i do apologize for that and ur more then welcome to send it back so i can let poshmark release ur money as soon as i get it back and so i can then send them to the rightful owner thanks.

padill1221 @hammonsjessica1 You have no right to tell me “not to be rude”. As business owner your obligation is to please the customer. Therefore your only comment should be “sincerely apologize”. People DO make mistakes; you also have to own them and not take things personally. I’m happy to send back to you, as long as, I do not have to pay shipping cost. I’m not a mean person and I don’t think you are either.

Face reality, a person has a right to make a comment to you, when you are functioning as a business owner, and sometimes you may not like the comment. Just learn from the mistake and be extremely careful next time, rather than get smart with me. Others may have said worse to you. Be Blessed

Maybe that is the part you are missing as to why you keep sending smart comments back to me “ I’m the world, kiss my butt”. padill1221 @brilldelights hi!! Yes, I was trying to give you a heads up on a post you had liked. It was firexxx who posted some black Prada heels. She was a scam. I purchased the black patent YSL shoes on her page to be scammed and sent a blue plastic keychain. I immediately reported it and received a refund of my $95.. but sent a warning to others. She was likely forced to remove her page.

brilldelights @padill1221 Thank you for the heads up! I actually mark things off to report them to poshmark. I’m kind of like the posh police (been calling myself that for years) because I usually have an open support ticket for reporting at least 2-3X a month. It’s just overrun with frauds and fakes, the worst are in the live shows because they can’t see them unless someone reports the whole link from the show.

brilldelights @padill1221 oh my gosh I’m so sorry that happened to you but SO happy that you took care of it like you did 👏🏼 Poshmark has your back with Posh Protect. I recommend that buyers record a short unboxing video just in case you get the wrong item, it’s damaged or not as described. I’ve had my own shop for many years but I love to support other sellers too. Always do an unboxing video just in case! Sadly I’ve received things that weren’t as described but posh has always refunded me 🥰
