gracieloo242 Hi, I came to your page to ask how I could do better as I saw that you gave me a 4 star review. But now I see that you have relisted my boots—which were in perfect condition, never worn, for a higher price within hours of receiving them. If there was an actual issue, like they didn’t fit or something then that’s one thing. But you really don’t need to lower my rating because they don’t fit as expected.

gracieloo242 You also don’t need to say that I had poor shipping time, that they were in bad condition, that I wasn’t responsive, and that I didn’t describe them well because this obviously was not the case. You ordered them on a Friday evening, I told you Saturday afternoon that they wouldn’t be able to get shipped until Monday due to Covid restricting post office openings in my area.

gracieloo242 To tear down someone else’s post is just poor taste. Especially when you end up reposting the same item with worse quality photos and no details about the product. The sad thing is that I came over here because I genuinely thought I messed up and I wanted to know how I could improve for the future. You’re the first person who has ever had an issue with my items, shipping,packaging, my posts— anything. I hope we can both take this experience and grow from it moving forward.

keeraalston You did an amazing job at delivering my shoes. I have adjusted your rating to reflect that. I normally don't have an issue buying boots online, I guess I was very disappointed in the quality which has nothing to do with you. My first and only listing was rushed and I just wanted them gone. I will fix the listing and move on from this purchase. I honestly did not consider the ramifications of my mood when accepting this purchase in the app. But i will going further.
