nspire Hello. I just saw your rating and apologize shipping was late. I had a serious medical issue happen but did notify Poshmark I intended to ship and did ship after that notification promptly. The hand soap was from Bath and Bodyworks and brand new. Bought it and other items the same day I shipped and it was sealed tight.

nspire It probably opened somehow during shipping but not sure how that would happen considering the top was closed and in closed position. If you like feel free to return for refund. This is my 1st low rating and I take customer satisfaction very seriously. If the soap was all over the shoes, I do not expect you to keep and have to clean the mess. I apologize for late shipping and disappointed soap was open. Regards.

keidre2377 @nspire Good morning! The soap probably did open during shipment and I mentioned it so that you can make corrections for your future orders. I immediately put the sneakers in the washer because they really were covered with hand soap and it washed off without any problems so I don’t see a need to return them especially since I’ve since cleaned them. I’m sorry to hear of your illness and I pray that all is well now. Blessings!
