lkei28 @blissjewelry i went to pick up the package on Monday and it didn’t arrive from the truck. Tuesday I worked until late. Wednesday the the post office was closed, yesterday I stopped by after work and it was closed. I’m leaving work early today. I hope you can understand.

blissjewelry @lkei28 I’m so happy you got them, and are happy. First keep them out dishwasher. To clean them use 1 part sudsy ammonia and 4 parts water and an old soft tool. Don’t drop the rings in this, but rather dip the brush in it to clean them. Then rinse in hot water.

blissjewelry @lkei28 I recommend this to customers all the time. It’s cheap, easy, and better than commercial jewelry cleaners. Don’t use it for opals or pearls, but it works on white and yellow gold jewelry with diamonds.

blissjewelry @lkei28 disregard above comment from me. I looked up the items you bought. Did the wide band crack? And where did it crack? I could fix it depending on where it hit. Also use a commercial pearl cleaner on pearls, if the pearls are in a necklace or bracelet. Never put pearls in cleaner not recommend specifically for pearls. So read labels carefully.
