lizabeth814 I’ve only had a problem with 1 purchase in years. However, if there is a problem, you are able to open a case and possibly return the item. Most sellers are decent and will work with you. You have the option also of putting in an offer if you want to try to get a percentage off. Most sellers do not have a problem with offers, none of us like lowball offers though. Try to stay reasonable when submitting offers. Any more questions 😊
