esheawj22 I'm sorry the shoes don't fit and that you gave my customer service a 2-star rating : ( I think if you want to return the Coach Loafers you have to open a "ticket" through Poshmark - or you can re-list them. I am used to other sites that have a built in process for"returns". However, I will assist you in any way I can.

I'm sure if you re-list them, they will sell quickly. However, Could you pretty please go back and change the review to reflect my customer service instead of the product?
