emilyluvsmakeup Hey lovely! I'm devastated to see that you weren't happy with your purchase. Could you please let me know what issues you had? I have never recieved less than 5 stars, and I'm heartbroken over receiving only 3 from you. I know I wrapped it safely with bubble wrap and pretty paper, wrote a ty note, included freebies, etc. I am clueless as to why you felt I deserved such a low rating. Would you please let me know what I could have done differently? I would love the opportunity to fix the issue!
