keepthefaith15 @keishahendrix Hi, I was wondering if there was a problem with your order. The pants were new with tags and an they are an XL. I shipped quickly and after that it is out of my control if it arrives late. Unfortunately, I cant control the USPS or whether or not an item fits you. That being said, there is nothing I could have done to "improve". All of my ratings are excellent, so I would appreciate if you could change your rating. It is very unfair of you. Thks!
